Ms. Cora Davis lived on the North side of Ambrose Street in the original Gainesville Plat. It was adjacent to the Gainesville Cemetery to the East. The newer home was only about 3 years old when NASA acquired the land. There was also a much older home on the tract that sat in the shade of a live oak tree.
